Since the "Black Community Governance Culture" has been beaten and raped by a stream of political opportunists - it has not stood up. ?THE ONLY TIME it claims a MORAL AUTHORITY is when their is a RIGHT-WING THREAT that it sees as IMMORAL and they can translate it into a "Struggle Motion" in which "Americanized Blacks" are compelled to "Vote For Their Salvation"
