Matties Mate?s hat-trick in the Heat 3 endangered by Bush Bandit
The third heat at Henlow has invited Westmead Bertie, Benkaat Boy, Matties Mate, Any Dak, Mash Mad Snowy and Bush Bandit. He is backed by 14 to 1 odds, and will race out of the third gate.
His success tonight is challenged by the 2 to 5 shot for the race, Bush Bandit, who has drawn the sixth, and is unbeaten in the last four races of the season.
Droopys Scolari?s son won the Primus Telecom Derby Trial Stakes on 20th September, 2012 at Henlow over 460 metres. Taking off from the same stall that he has drawn for tonight, the two-year-old landed the race in 27.35 seconds.
